Support multi-day events

NEEDED FOR ANNUAL MEETING!

AddEvent function currently just adds an hour to the start time. Once AK supports a datetime custom field, we need to use that instead.
On release of some feature like that:

• Remove if conference_call from wrapping addevent
• Add ends_at Django filter
• Change code in email confirmation templates
