Describe the solution you'd like
Allow users to run PatchWise on their patch series with b4 prep --check by replacing the invocation of checkpatch.pl with PatchWise. b4 should support a setting for doing so already. The requirement for PatchWise is to mimic the syntax checkpatch.pl so that the substitution of checkpatch.pl with PatchWise is completely transparent to b4.

Additional context
Kernel engineers often use b4 for preparing and sending their patches to mailing lists for review. b4 allows users to run checkpatch on their patches with --check and allows users to overwrite the path to checkpatch.pl. Adding support to seamlessly integrate PatchWise with b4 --check will minimize the friction for kernel engineers to use PatchWise in their existing workflow.

Documentation for changing the b4 --check binary to use, we can replace the path to scripts/checkpatch.pl with the path to patchwise.
