Enable PatchWise as service for the linux-arm-msm public mailing list #55
Description
There is a developer ask to enable the PatchWise for the linux-arm-msm public mailing list and run the static checkers and provide the logs back to the developers.
To enable it, we can either deploy it as part of the Qualcomm internal network machines or external machines. It is left to the implementation decision. External solution may help in future if non-Qualcomm developers wants to maintain it but it is necessary if the internal deployment is easier and maintainable.
It will also provide more coverage for the linux-arm-msm and bring the developers to this project if they like it.
