multiple selection check boxes on bottom row for small screens

When using Safari on an iphone and the multiple selection response option has to wrap onto a 2nd, or 3rd line, the check box appears on the bottom row. This is visually confusing. The top row should display the check box for the response option. This has been debugged in the past but the problem returned.

The problem is likely to be universal to small screens but I have not tested all combinations yet. I heard about this problem from an ipad app user in addition to seeing it myself with the iphone + Safari browser combination.

These are non-grid questions. Ego level questions with multiple selection options that move onto more than one line have the check box at the bottom.
