The Command method reports error.

Hello!
It has been a month since the NetlogoLink was set successfully.But today when I try to use pynetlogo to open the 3D model again. The method command reports error like the following. It seems there is some error in netlogolink.jar. But i never met it before. It's been working pretty well before.
I really need help. Thanks for your assistance.

Has anything been updated on your end? Specifically, which version of pynetlogo are you using?

Actually, my E disk on my laptop was broken the day before yesterday. My pycharm and the virtual environment I used before is lost. Now i download another pycharm and pynetlogo. The pynetlogo version is 0.5.1. And i changed the core.py as your answer in previous issue i asked. My own code which i want to load netlogo model is same as before.

Sorry, exactly what lines did you change and have you tested stuff before making those changes?

The netlogo jar has not been changed in 5.1. So I am at a loss to guess where your current problems are coming from.

Last time i change the core.py and run the code. It didn't report any errors. I promise the core.py doesn't have any change from last time. The netlogo jar didn't report errors either.
Just now I change the core.py to the origin. The error exists too. I am really confused.

No idea what is going on. Need to think about this a bit more.

Issue #77 had the same issue. There it seems related to initializing the NetlogoLink more than once. You might check if this also applies in your case. Given that you have not shared a complete minimum example that creates the error, it remains a guessing game for me.
