fix: update CLAUDE.md Architecture section to include scripts directory

Problem

CLAUDE.md's Architecture section only lists SKILL.md and .github/ but doesn't mention the scripts/ directory which now contains lint.sh and platform-specific install scripts.

Expected behavior

Add scripts/ to the Architecture section with a brief description of its contents.
