Description of the Issue:
During the workshop in Freising in July 2025, we began drafting a governance document for the project. The initial notes are available here.
To complete this document, we need to discuss several open points and make final decisions collaboratively.
The timeframe for this discussion is set for early 2026.
Finalizing the governance structure will clarify project roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes which is important for long-term sustainability and community engagement.
