Add a Cluster-Usage Tutorial

Description of the Issue:

As mentioned by @leahaeusel , we need a tutorial addressing the usage of a cluster to showcase how to upscale the studies done with QUEENS.

Proposed Solution:

An already existing tutorial is available that needs to be readapted to the current QUEENS version. An old wiki entry also exists. Combining both should provide a sufficient tutorial.

Action Items:

• Create a Jupyter notebook for a cluster run
• test the notebook using the tutorial testing framework
• build the notebook into the tutorial documentation
