Animiru crashing when opening

Steps to reproduce

When I try to open the app, it displays this error message:

Expected behavior

The app should start up normally.

Actual behavior

Sometimes it starts up normally, but most of the time the app crashes.

Note: The app did not experience any crashes when I was using version 0.17.2.0

Crash logs

I forced the app to stop and cleared its data, and it started normally.
I navigated to the "Share crash logs" option and was able to generate those files:

3: animiru_crash_log.txt

Android 14

Device

Xiaomi: Mi Box S (3rd Gen)

Other details

Note: The app is not recognizing the device internal storage.

It is not recognizing the path: /storage/emulated/0

Note: When you try to select a folder for the app, the following message appears: "You don't have an app that can do this."

I tested with several different file managers, but none worked.

I tried several times to save this error log from the screenshot, but the app, the remote control commands, and the wireless keyboard I use are not responding at all.

For now, I'm using the old version 0.17.2.0, which is working without bugs or errors on my Mi Box.

But I would like to be using the new version, which has the new player interface and some new features that have further improved the user experience in the application.
