Does it work well without the file like ' *.prototxt'?

sometimes,we do not have the file like '.prototxt',even though we could make it in other ways .
But ,it s a little trouble to generate the file from caffemodel every time. it s a waste of time.
Could keras convert the caffemodel without '.prototxt'?
