General Maintenance and Contribution

Hey folks. I'm planning on using your module for some use cases in my work. I saw that there were no updates and some pr's and issues that were not touched for a while. Could you give some info about the maintenance mode here, are you open for pull requests and are continuing development or is this project abandoned?

If you are still maintaining this, i would like to open some pr's

• update go and dependencies
  • would close Go language version is very old. #97
• add minor features:
  • allow changing identifiers through configuration in addition to struct tags
    • allow identifiers to be pointers
  • allow filtering change types in the changelog
  • configuring handling of nil value updates
