[BUG] Volume Control doesnt start.

Actual Behaviour

Programm doesnt start, after I tried starting it, Windows behaved weirdly when I tried to open Windows Defender (since I wanted to check if it blocks it or sth). Instead of Windows Defender open normally, my PC partly freezes for a few seconds. I can move the mouse and interact with all Programms normally, except for the button for Windows Defender at the bottom left (Taskbar). If I try to open it via the Settings-panel, that whole thing freezes.
This all happens ONLY if I try to start Volume Control for the first time after bootup. If I want to open Windows Defender I have to restart my whole System. I tried the newest version 6.6.3, then 6.6.2, then after I saw a resolved issue with startup Problems because of German languaged Windows I tried 6.5.0. Every time the same issues.

Expected Behaviour

Just to open normally and not freeze my Windows Defender.

I'm having this problem too. The log/config folder hasn't been created yet.

I am having pretty much the same issue, app refuses to start at all. I don't have the unblock option in Properties that the readme calls out either.

I had this issues and switched to the portable version and it started working fine.

Running as admin helped...
First I made it on the non-installer binary, then also the installer's binary started to work normally.
Sadly, I cannot see an option to bind mouse's scroll up/down.
