Wildfly unable to register with mod cluster

I get a page not found error when accessing the mod cluster manager page on /mcm hitting doc root displays the "it works!" message. 

When starting the wildfly container logs indicate a problem registering with mod cluster. 

Using 'latest' tag for all images. Let me know if more information is needed. Running docker on both local mac as well as Ubuntu Server 18.04.
