feat: Multiple times daily notification

Prerequisites

• I have searched for existing issues that already include this feature request, without success.

Describe the Feature Request

I’d love to have a feature that allows users to set multiple daily notifications. This way users get a heads-up twice or more daily so that it's easier to recall data.

Describe the Use Case

Notifications> Custom Time> + and add as much times as you wish
examples "08:00 AM" + "3:00 PM" + "10:00 PM"
