App crashes on iPad when playing any video

The app launches fine, I can browse videos, customize settings etc. But whenever I want to play any video the app crashes.

App version: 18.20.03
Device: iPad Pro 12.9 inch 2nd gen
OS: iPadOS 16.1

I use the same app on my iPhone without any issues 😭
