`#slice` should implicitly permit

When I call params.slice(:one_param, :two_param), it seems to me like that it should return a permitted hash instead of it still being marked dirty.

Hi @mockdeep. This is a compatibility gem for Rails versions prior to 4. You'd probably be best submitting a PR against rails/rails with an implimentation, or suggesting it as an issue against the same.
