扩展行情里面有没有可以获取多个行情quotes的接口？ #236
Description
在扩展行情里面只有单个行情的查询api.get_instrument_quote(47, "IF1709")，有没有类似普通行情里面的api.get_security_quotes([(x, 'xxxxx'), (y, 'yyyyy')])这样可以一次查询多个quotes的？
