[Feat]Add Unique Certificate Generation with Shareable Links

Description

Implement a feature that generates a unique link for each certificate upon creation. This link should be shareable and allow users to view their certificate at any time. Each certificate must have a unique ID associated with it and the URL should reflect this.
so we can share this as link rather tha a picture could you please assign this to me with levels
