UltraSinger Portable MP3 Optimizer

Due to quality of bluetooth portable speakers and headset. A person can't tell if compress using 128kbs MP3 files.
Now as a PR.
Nothing fancy but works
folder of PonyVisation flac and mp3 files 5.7 GB to under 1 with album art.

--cover Include Cover Art
--flat Flatten all files into a single output folder

What is the point of that? The user dont know but can add something to cli which he also dont know? 😃
For me it is an user problem when the input has a poor quality.
We should currently concentrate on the main part, get the analytic rigjt. (like pitch, timing and wording)
