You've likely forgotten the instructions in the terminal after installing:

To run UltraSinger:
  source .venv/bin/activate
  cd src
  py UltraSinger.py

I know because I did the same :)

On my system I have to use python3 instead of py, btw

Right, sorry. I had a similar error but I am still able to execute the script.
