Support AMD GPU with ROCm

GPU with ROCm is working, but could maybe output strange .txt files.
However, lets support it.

ROCm is only supported under linux.

We need only an install ROCm.sh

Chiming in to share my experience getting UltraSinger GPU mode to work on AMD hardware (Radeon RX 6800 XT on Ubuntu 24.04).

I installed the AMD ROCm drivers (7.2 in my case) and PyTorch (torch, torchaudio & torchvision) for the ROCm version that matches your AMD ROCm drivers.

That setup is enough to make everything but Whisper run on GPU mode (simply use the --force_whisper_cpu flag).

Regarding Whisper: Getting it to run on GPU mode IS possible (there's a Ctranslate2 wheel with ROCm support on their GitHub) but even with that wheel I tend to get memory errors unless whisper batch size is set to 1. Even then, the resulting transcription is often full of hallucinations. It's not worth the hassle at the moment; stick to CPU for Whisper and GPU for the rest of the pipeline.
