[FEATURE] disable "REC" button

I accidently hit "REC" a couple of weeks ago, and didn't notice. Thetis recorded audio until C: was completely filled up, leading to data corruption in other programs (log4om database, thetis database and wsjtx-x logs)

Describe the solution you'd like

• Most important for me: a checkbox to completely disable the REC button, to avoid accidental recording
• A blinking effect would be nice, too, so you don't miss that record is running
• It would be nice, if we could change the quick recording folder from appdata\roaming... to a different path

Nice ideas, i was also thinking about given a different name to the file each time we hit the REC,
and maybe add a TOT (adjustable) to limit the REC time.
