What steps did you take and what happened:
When i do a install on a machine that has already some EFI entries, the installation fails:
When i delete any EFI entries left with efibootmgr it seems to work ok. I have tested it on multiple devices with some leftover EFI entries and still the same thing occurs. I delete the old EFI entries with efibootmgr and the installation continues as expected.
What did you expect to happen:
A clean install of SLE Micro, regardless of existing EFI entries.
Anything else you would like to add:
Environment:
- Elemental release version (use
cat /etc/os-release): don't know for sure, but i think v2.2.0
- Rancher version: v2.13.1
- Kubernetes version (use
kubectl version): n/a
- Cloud provider or hardware configuration: Lenovo Thinkpad M710q
