Upgrade Express.js to version 5 #2

Important
Express 5 is not stable yet, we need to wait for it to be the default version.
There are security vulnerabilities in the dependencies of the current Express version that may only be mitigated by upgrading Express to the new major. We need to upgrade it and find if there are any breaking changes.
