Request: Uninstall and delete any code or packages installed by GitHub tools #1

@raysmommy17-coder

Description

@raysmommy17-coder

Summary:
Please uninstall and remove any code, packages, or generated files that were installed or added by GitHub tooling (such as generated workflows, Dependabot changes, or scripts installed by the github CLI). These artifacts are unwanted in the repository and environment and could affect maintainability.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Investigate for any packages, scripts, or files added automatically or by GitHub automation (such as after a workflow run, Dependabot PR, or use of GitHub CLI).
  2. List and locate any files, directories, or package names observed that fit the above description.

Expected behavior:

  • The repository should not contain these generated/installed packages, workflows, scripts, or assets unless strictly necessary. There should be a documented uninstall/remove process for anything left.
  • Maintain repository cleanliness and clarity for contributors.

Actual behavior:

  • Unwanted generated files, committed package assets, or scripts remain in the repo.

Environment:

  • Any relevant OS information, GitHub runner or local, and branch names.

Requested action:

  • Remove the listed files/packages from the repository, or mark them for deletion if manual review is required.
  • Provide a cleanup/uninstall script or instructions.
  • If removal is not possible, please explain why and suggest alternatives.

Additional info / logs:

  • Attach any available logs or file lists.

Permissions:

  • Please confirm if maintainers need any special permissions to delete these items.
