Use of salt + libsodium to handle our cryptographoe

I propose to use nacl/libsodium via salt to handle all our cryptographic needs in coffer.

I patched it to build it statically so we can easily deploying it on each platform. I tested it on my mac, armv5tel/debian with the +smp option

I still need to test it on other linux. Any help is appreciated.
