Bug: Sc push uses wrong revisions if pushing from a different branch. #30

Problem/Opportunity
If you do sc master push whilst on develop branch the revisions pushed to the master manifest will be the develop revisions.

Expected Behavior
sc master push writes the tips of the master branches to manifest even when on develop
Actual Behavior
sc master push will write tips of develop branches to manifest when on develop
