Task:Reduce size of ut-control to ensure minimal foot print

Goal

Ut-control today uses libwebsockets.a, libcurl.a, libssl.a and libcrypto.a, even though the functionality related to it is not used by every one.
This task will concentrate on bringing in flags such that ut-control builds with minimal functionality and thus reduces the overall size.
Attaching an example patch file for the same.

Another way to achieve this is using dlopen/dlsym.
Unlike the flag approach detailed above, we are not putting any functionality under a flag . Also, we don't need support from devops team for this.
I did try this way and it was a success reducing the size upto 4.8 MB.

on the libraries that are mentioned here are to support ut-control requirement for kvp and control plane.

but all testing suites will require kvp as a min, therefore that's a must build... So you could save space that way.
Since full debug symbols are also in the libraries check that strip is called on the input libraries therefore reducing their size.

Requirements for the library:-

• Testing Suites Self Contained: Be self contained, so ut-control.so must contain all the requirements used by the testing suites to support either KVP, Control Plane or both (that's the two main requirements today). Platform libraries must not be used. Stripping of all symbols to ensure that only KVP / Control Plane is required.
• Installed once - the ut-control.so can be installed once on the target ,it doesn't need to be installed multiple times, therefore saving space... - The assumption is that ut-control.so would be installed in the system path so that it can be accessed by all the tests when the tests run.

Options

• allow small footprint builds..e.g. add UT_CONTROL_DISABLE_CONTROL_PLANE, based on the testing suite requirements that you could disable the building of ut-control / control_plane, and therefore not include it in the ut-control.so, and don't copy the ut_control.h into the output either.
• UT_CONTROL_KVP_DISABLE_INCLUDE_SUPPORT - you would have to turn off the options for #include to strip down the requirement for KVP not to use libcurl, libssl and you'd have add ERRORS if the macros where used, stating that UT_CONTROL_KVP_DISABLE_INCLUDE_SUPPORT has been set when the library was build sort of thing.
• strip the debug symbols of the libraries before they are merged into ut-control.so am sure will help.. Keep the symbols for kvp & control plane, itself because engineers will need to single step through those.
