Duplicate accessions map (GO accession to duplication count) can include a "null" key

In the duplicate accession reporter, it is possible that an accession of `null` will be reported along with the count of its occurrence.  It would be good to filter this out of the duplication report and instead log specific instances which have a null GO accession so they can be addressed manually.
