We've been working the past few months on updating our documentation and wanted to share with you all some of our updates and new pages!

Updated Pages

• 'use server' & 'use client' - We’ve updated these two pages to go way more in depth with more usage examples and demos.
• useTransition - Updated the page to incorporate error handling updates.

New Pages

APIs

• cache lets you cache the result of a data fetch or computation.

Hooks

• use lets you read the value of a resource like a Promise or context.
• useFormState allows you to update state based on the result of a form action.
• useFormStatus gives you status information of the last form submission.
• useOptimistic lets you optimistically update the UI.

Components

• form goes over how to create interactive controls for submitting information using the built-in browser component.

Learn

• Understanding your UI as a Tree will help you debug future concepts like performance and state management.
