[Mainnet Follow-up] Update StoryFactory address and deployment block after redeploy

Context

was merged with the original Base mainnet StoryFactory deployment details, but redeployed StoryFactory to fix the creation-fee forwarding bug.

The plotlink repo still points at the broken contract address and old deployment block.

Scope

• Update all plotlink frontend and SDK constants that still reference the old StoryFactory address
• Replace them with the new StoryFactory address
• Update the Base mainnet deployment block from to
• Verify runtime selection still chooses the correct constants for

Acceptance Criteria

• No remaining references to in plotlink runtime constants
• Base mainnet deployment block is everywhere it is used for log queries/backfill defaults
