[UX] Redesign Footer — contract address, token page, GitHub link

Summary

Current footer has useless links (Stories, Create). Replace with useful info.

New Footer Content

Remove: Stories, Create links (these are already in the NavBar)

Add:

• Contract: StoryFactory address 0xfa5489b6710Ba2f8406b37fA8f8c3018e51FA229 — link to Basescan
• PLOT Token: Link to /token page ([Feat] PLOT Token Page (/token) #448)
• GitHub: Link to https://github.com/realproject7/plotlink-contracts

Design

• Keep minimal, match existing monospace aesthetic
• Contract address can be truncated with copy button or full display
• Single row or compact layout

Acceptance Criteria

• Stories and Create links removed from footer
• Contract address displayed with Basescan link
• PLOT Token link to /token
• GitHub link to plotlink-contracts repo
• Mobile responsive
• Build passes
