Update libraries - Yarn/Typescript/Vite

Background:

We are working towards aligning technology across Reapit, and one of our initiatives is upgrading certain basic libraries to the latest version.

Proposal:

• Update yarn from 4.1.1 to the latest (4.6.0)
• Update typescript from 5.4.5 to the latest (5.7.3)
• Update devDependencies for @typescript-eslint/eslint-plugin and @typescript-eslint/parser from 8.23.0 to the lates 8.24.0
• Update Vite from 5.2.9 to the latest (?)
