Description

@slgh-hh

Starting on an virtual machine with 8gb ram for testing using the red5pro-installer script stopped me with this message:

Looking for Red5 Pro at install location...
Red5 Pro installation found at install location : /usr/local/red5pro
Red5 Pro build info : 8.1.0.b527-release
Calculating maximum allocatable memory
./red5proInstaller.sh: line 1151: printf: 7953.77: invalid number
./red5proInstaller.sh: line 1154: printf: 5721.86: invalid number
Allocable memory is 0 GB
SEVERE!: System memory is insufficient for running this software. A minimum of 2GB is required for Red5 Pro.Do you wish to continue ? [y/N]

and therefore it seems that:

May 23 19:17:22 red5-virtual-machine jsvc[930]: Invalid maximum heap size: -Xmx0g
May 23 19:17:22 red5-virtual-machine jsvc[930]: Cannot create Java VM
