Advanced forms

Many forms consist of repeating sections of information, or a section that is shown after picking another option.

• Repeating form sections (Create repeatable field groups by values hash #27)
• Dynamic form sections (show/hide)

Redux form does provide a FieldArray (http://redux-form.com/6.6.1/docs/api/FieldArray.md/) but it'd also be nice to allow a key/value object too:
onSubmit() => { subProp: { "k1": {}, "k2": {}, "cid1": {} }

Maybe an API like this?

<RepeatingSection name='myMovies'>
    <TextField name='title' label='Title'/>
    <NumberField name='rating' label='Rating'/>
</RepeatingSection>

Which ends up eventing a set of values like this:

{
    myMovies: { 
        key1: { title: 'The Party', rating: 5 },
        key2: { title: 'Blazing Saddles', rating: 4 },
    }
}

I'm not sure where the key comes from. Hidden field, maybe?

Repeaters don't really work as well as they should. I don't think nesting repeating sections works, because there's no way to specify the right name for the sub-sub collections (see

strongback/src/form/repeater.tsx

Maybe we should just see if the the vanilla component needs any love, otherwise use that. I've had more success using it than the repeater.
