Add Local Time Zone Functionality to DCSOps

Our newly configured Region includes both the Central and Mountain time zones. Is it possible to configure DCSOps to reflect local time zones? Right now our system is defaulting to Central (which covers most of the Region) but this is causing issues with shift patterns and could create confusion in the timeline, potentially.
