Retrieve the camel framework version

I am in the process of adding some documentation on Camel Variant, but would like something more dynamic than what I have to avoid maintenance.
I would like to have the information than platform version 3.27 of Camel extensions are built with camel 4.14.

One of the issue I enconter is to be able to retrieve the camel version linked to the platform version. Would there be a way to add it in some backend or API ? From my understanding we are retrieving the framework versions from this client APIs.

@ia3andy @aloubyansky Can you advise how it could be done properly ? (I'm aware that this is probably outside the scope of this tool only)

I think we'd need to add this information to the metadata. AFAIR, we discussed it previously but haven't implemented it.
