No filtering

I'm quite often searching for the AMI ID of a specific image. E.g. `us-east-1` and RHEL 8.4. Without any filtering options, this is currently quite hard, as I just have to through 34 pages of AWS images.

I would appreciate if there are some options for filtering the list.
