Add tests that ensure the retriever is working as expected #12
Description
Currently we don't have any proof that changes to our raw image data collection won't break when they are run on a nightly basis.
The tests should on as a requirement for merging PRs and include:
- a test run of the cloud provider workflows without upload
- sanity check of the created resources (could even include a dry run of the retriever to verify that the changes can create the expected results)
