Misaligned column when viewing dataset version Diff

Describe the bug
When viewing table updates for a new version of a dataset, the second column that lists the variable changes is misaligned with the other 2 columns. See below image:

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Edit Dataset page in Administrator view
2. Click on Next version
3. Scroll down to view Table updates table
4. See error

Expected behavior
The table rows are aligned to give the appearance of a standard table.
