Mysterious crash

Received this error when attempting to boot to Swiss with Samsung Evo SD card. Worked with another SD card just fine. Was advised by Extrems to submit this.

This smells like a libogc or fatfs problem. Does this same card work fine once booted into Swiss?

I think how we got here is f_open > mount_volume > disk_status (failure) > disk_initialize (failure) > unmount.

It does not boot into Swiss at all.

Oh. Yes everything functions perfectly with the other SD card.

No. Just says "setting up device" until it gives up.
