Standard IPL to load when no IPL.dol or any button press is detected #54

Description

@JesusSanchezLopez

Earlier releases of Gekkoboot would boot standard or "native" Gamecube IPL when no IPL.dol was detected. This is no longer the case, although documentation is still showing this behavior at Geckoboot documents

This configuration would boot into the original GameCube intro by default, or Swiss if you held Z, or GBI if you held B:

/z.dol - Swiss
/b.dol - GBI

The benefit of this behavior was that Gamecube functioned like a non-modded console, unless someone pressed a button. I realize that this behavior was changed as part of issue #16.

Could there be an enhancement made to Gekkoboot that would allow restoring "original" behavior? This could be in a settings file or a file indicating to load native Gamecube IPL. (If going settings route, it would be also great to turn off some or all boot time messages that display at startup on the screen).

For reference, this issue was initially logged under Picoboot issue #130
