License request — no license found in repo

Hi — I'm working on a legal AI project and want to use this scraper to collect state statute text for an internal legal knowledge store. It's a great tool. I noticed there's no license in the repo — would you be willing to add one (MIT or Apache 2.0)? Thanks!
