Inconsistency in FlywireType

Some of the LHAV2f2_b are listed as FlywireType LHAV2f2_a, although LHAV2f2_b exists in the FAFB dataset and the other LHAV2f2_b have the correct synonym. There is no direct correlation with SomaSide or another features, so I am assuming its a mistake.

Solution:

• for 32838, 37238 set flywireType='LHAV2f2_b'

This was observed in male-cns:v0.9. Initially reported for cns on August 16 in #16
