Is it possible to add a throttler at each node?

Hi, I'm trying to simulate latency between nodes and want to throttle bandwidth. I've read the rate-limit part in client.go but can't think of a good solution for replicas.
Can anyone give me some advice? 🙇

I have not yet implemented this feature, but it shouldn't be too hard to do. I will look into it.
