Did this library has API documents?

The remap/ndncon project can't run in my computer(macos 10.14.6).According to my research, the project(remap/ndncon) rely on the old version of ndnrtc(lower than v1.4.4).So, did ndncon have new version, or where can I get the new version ndnrtc library's API document, then I can to use ndnrtc to develop my application. Thanks~
