Add pip installation instructions to the README

The most common way to install Python packages is via `pip`, a package manager.

The README explains how to compile Python bindings, but it would be helpful if it explained how to install via `pip`, or what stanza I need to add to `setup.py` or `requirements.txt` in order to install this library.
