Raise a warning in log if there are large northing jumps

Currently, it is possible in a wind-up analysis that there are big northing jumps which do not raise `logging.warning()` in the log file, which makes these jumps harder to spot without looking through the plots. It would be good to have these jumps captured in the log as warnings so users may scan through the log file for warnings and these jumps are highlighted.
