Move user profile images off of `/mnt/media/ultimatemember`

Profile images for artists were associated to user accounts on wordpress, managed through the ultimatemember plugin. Right now those profile images are stored in the `/mnt/media/ultimatemember` folder organized by the user group's `legacyId`

We need to migrate those files to be stored by new user id and in the `media/images` folder.
