Timezone for timestamp data? #3
Description
Thank you for providing this awesome data set. I wonder if I can find the time zone of your timestamp data. For example, the created_Time contains something like "2018-02-23 13:47:59.724000+00:00", which will not be too meaningful without the timezone information.
